Australia Store - Terms of Sale




These terms of business govern the supply of any products ordered by you on the website (the ‘Site’) and your use of the Site. All goods available via the Site are sold and distributed by Woodslane Pty Ltd (‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’). By browsing, accessing or using the Site, or ordering a product, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.  We may change these terms at any time, and the revised Terms will be made available on our Site. By continuing to use the Site you agree to be bound by such revised Terms.




Use of Site

You will only be able to offer to make Purchases from us if you are at least 18 years of age (or older, if so required by any laws applicable in your location or place of residence, domicile or nationality)



Prices charged are those that are valid at the time of order. The price are in Australian Dollars and include Australian GST


Discount and promotional offers

Discounts and Special Offers may be offered  on the Site from time to time , however these offers are of limited duration and once they have expired they cannot be redeemed. If you are unsure of when an offer expires then please call Customer Service Department on 1800 803 443


Types of payment accepted online.

Payment is made through Shopify which supports most major cards and payment options such as Paypal. Payments by cash or EFTPOS are not accepted online.


Is my card charged at the time of placing the order?

Yes, your credit card will be charged at the time of placing the order




Shipping Costs

All orders over $100 are shipped free of charge throughout Australia and New Zealand. Orders less than $100 incur a shipping fee of $7.00. Orders requested to be dispatched as express incur a $14.95 cost irrespective of order size.


When will I receive my order?

You will receive an email when your order is shipped, which will include the delivery method and estimated time. Sometimes if your order contains several items we may not be in stock of all of them. It could be title not yet published, or we are waiting on more stock. We will advise you which item and an approx. delivery


How long will it take to get my order?

If the item is in stock then we would normally dispatch from our warehouse in 2-3 business days. The approximate delivery times for standard delivery are (these may take longer during busy periods eg, Christmas):

1-2 business days Sydney

2-4 business days Melbourne/Brisbane

3-5 business days Adelaide

5-7 business days Perth/Hobart/Darwin

Please note: rural areas may take an extra day


International Airmail

New Zealand: 3-4 working days after dispatch

Pacific Islands: 4-5 working days after dispatch


Please note, Woodslane uses regular Australia Post for parcel delivery and therefore we rely on their processes and delivery times to your chosen destination once the parcel has left our warehouse. We cannot make any guarantees on Australia Post's behalf.


Express Service

For urgent orders you may elect to use an express delivery service at the checkout process. Delivery is generally overnight to main centres, although you should allow two days, particularly at peak times like Christmas. Smaller country areas may take an extra day. Please note, a signature is usually required upon delivery. However, to avoid a delay in receiving your order if no one is likely to be home, the parcel can be authorized to be left without a signature at the front door.

Please check express delivery times outside major centres with customer service.



Can I cancel an order that I have made online?

If you would like to request cancellation of your order, please notify the customer service team immediately on 1800 803 443 or via email to

If possible, we will cancel your order and issue a refund. Please ensure that you include your order number which you will find on your receipt. Please note: if you have received notification of dispatch, your order has been shipped and cancellation is not possible in that instance (but see the section ‘Can I just change my mind?’ below).


Can I get a refund if faulty?

If a title is received faulty, misbound or damaged then it can be returned to us for replacement or refund. You should contact our Customer Service department who will give you instructions on how this can be done and provide you with a returns authorisation (RA) number. Claims for faulty items must be submitted within 14 days of receipt. 


Can I just change my mind?

Should you wish to return an item that was found to be unsuitable you should contact us within 14 days of receipt to obtain a return authorisation number. A refund will then be given if the item is received in our warehouse in mint condition. Items must be packed well to avoid damage in transit. And the cost of returning and packaging the item is at your expense. No refunds will be processed for items returned to us without prior consent or received damaged.
