• Voucher codes can only be redeemed via the specific redeem webpage mentioned above. Do not enter the code in the ‘Redeem your offer’ field on the homepage of the libraries.
  
  
• Once you have inputted your code you should be automatically redirected to the product, or to your personal library, where all of your downloads are stored. Check your My Library to see if the product has been downloaded.
